This journey is a deliberately paced pilgrimage through Egypt, created for those who feel drawn to experience the land in a way that is thoughtful, immersive, and respectful of its depth. Travelling from Aswan along the Nile and onward through temples, desert, and ancient cities, this retreat is designed to allow the places themselves to shape the experience. Movement is intentional, transitions are unhurried, and the order of travel matters. This is not a tour built around highlights, but a journey that unfolds through presence and attention.
Over the course of the retreat, you will move by river, land, and air, visiting temples and landscapes that hold both historical and living significance. Time is given not only to exploration, but also to integration, to rest, reflection, and being with the experience as it unfolds. This trip invites you to meet Egypt as a living landscape rather than a list of destinations, offering space for connection, insight, and a deeper relationship with the journey itself.

Arrival day is held gently. After landing in Cairo, you’ll be met by our team and escorted to our hotel in Giza. This day is about settling in, resting, and letting your body arrive. Pyramid views remind us immediately where we are, but nothing is rushed.
The morning unfolds slowly before visiting the Grand Egyptian Museum, offering context and orientation to the civilization we are about to move through. In the afternoon, we fly south to Aswan. Dinner awaits, followed by a special evening experience to mark the true beginning of the journey.
We visit Philae, the Temple of Isis, surrounded by water and devotion. In the afternoon, we transition onto our private Nile boat. Life slows. Evenings are spent under the stars, beginning our rhythm on the river.
A morning circle opens the day before visiting Kom Ombo, a temple dedicated to balance and duality. The afternoon is unhurried, with sailing, reflection, and an astrology workshop woven into the flow. Swimming, dinner, and stargazing close the day.
We explore ancient quarries and desert sanctuaries where Egypt’s temples were born from stone. At Edfu, solar and celestial symbolism comes alive. Another workshop deepens understanding while the river continues to carry us forward.
Esna’s richly colored zodiac ceilings offer a quieter but profound encounter with cosmic order. The afternoon is spacious, allowing time for rest, swimming, and reflection as the Nile journey nears completion.
We disembark the boat and arrive in Luxor, the ancient city of Thebes. Karnak and Luxor Temples anchor us in scale and devotion, connected by the Avenue of Sphinxes. Sunset brings a sense of arrival into the heart of ancient Egypt.
An early balloon ride offers a rare view of the land from above. Later, we walk among tombs in the Valley of the Kings and visit the temple of Queen Hatshepsut. The day closes with ceremony and dinner on the Nile.
We enter the luminous Temple of Hathor at Dendera, rich with sound, alchemy, and celestial imagery. From here, we continue north to Abydos, settling into a quieter pace for deeper inner work.
This is a long travel day through Middle Egypt. After settling back into Giza, there is an optional evening experience featuring traditional Nubian music and healing for those who wish to attend.

We enter the Great Pyramid and stand within its core. Time is spent with the Sphinx and Valley Temple before enjoying a meal with sweeping views of the plateau. The afternoon is open for rest and integration.
We leave the city behind and move into the desert. Jeep travel, ancient fossils, and open horizons lead us to a Bedouin camp. Dinner is shared beneath the stars, with the desert holding us through the night.
The retreat closes with a morning circle in the desert under the Full Moon. Guests returning home depart, while those continuing onward begin the journey toward Siwa, carrying the experience forward rather than ending it abruptly.
Arrival into the oasis. The pace shifts again, slower and more restorative. Time is given to simply arrive.
Hot springs, salt pools, and desert stillness support the body and nervous system. Nothing is required.
A final full day to integrate, reflect, and rest. Space is intentionally unstructured.
We travel back toward Cairo by evening. Flights should be scheduled for 9:00 PM or later, allowing the journey to close with care.
